Head Office - Maidenhead

Our Maidenhead office is built around brilliant people who share their ideas anywhere and everywhere. We have lots of wellness initiatives too. There’s breakfast every morning in the Town Hall and fruit baskets every Wednesday, thriving social clubs, subsidised PT sessions in our on-site gym and free yoga classes every week. It’s just off the M4 with an onsite car park, and walking distance from the train stations, shopping centre, cafés and restaurants.

Tel Aviv

Our offices are located in Ramat Gan’s Boursa district with public transport on the doorstep. It has an informal office culture so you can express your thoughts and ideas here. It’s also not all about work. Some of our recent company events included an end-of-the-year party at M&H Whiskey distillery, a world cup finals celebration, office pizza parties, trips to the movies, day trips and more.

Cape Town

The Cape Town team focuses on the digital side, and works closely with colleagues abroad. Our flexible hybrid working model gives you time at home as well as the chance to collaborate with your incredible colleagues. Here, it’s about collaboration, growth and knowledge sharing. There’s also a hiking club dedicated to exploring this beautiful city, monthly social activities, the chance to give back to the local community, and weekly Mental Health check-ins so that you feel supported in and out of work.

Sheffield

Our Customer Solutions Hub is located in the picturesque Victoria Quays. Since opening in 2016, investment in the latest technology has helped this state-of-the-art customer contact centre really take shape to become the multi-award-winning centre of excellence it is today. The expansion has naturally occurred, and the Hub is now home to teams within customer service, fraud & payments, VIP, customer experience and enhanced due diligence.

Gibraltar

Digital delivery is what our Gibraltar office is all about! It’s where the Digital Ops, Product & Marketing Brand teams make it all happen as a cohesive unit; collaborating closely with Customer Operations in the UK.

Our beautiful offices, set right on top of the marina, is the most stunning setting for some of our best digital talent to create and execute ideas to keep our digital offering competitive in a tough market.

Malta

Collaborative, ambitious and keen to grow, our Malta colleagues have an amazing culture. They largely work with our Spanish brands YoBingo, YoCasino, YoSports and Enracha to enhance the customer experience and provide solutions.

Barcelona

Our developers, project management, data, and systems administration people are 100% remote working. There’s a huge team spirit helped by activities outside the office.

Barcelona has a wonderful, hardworking, communicative and extremely transparent team where equality and respect mean everything. It will always be a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Mauritius

Our Mauritius office is where our Chat Hosts and Customer Champions are based. Within this hugely diverse culture, our teams connect with customers around the world as moderators and online communicators.
