Customer Operations

With millions of customers experiencing the excitement and entertainment in our venues and online, our teams across Customer Operations are dedicated to giving them a safe and enjoyable experience.

In our customer service roles, you’ll be interacting with customers to help them in safety and supporting them with their queries. Across our Community roles you could be hosting an online bingo chat or online event. Our customer service team looks at all things from quality assurance to handling complaints. Always looking to improve what we do, how we do it and who we do it for. Player protection is fundamental to helping every player to be responsible. The team here looks at all aspects of safer gambling and customer diligence and our team in Fraud & Payments make sure we monitor and investigate any suggestion of fraud. Whilst making sure that our payments are managed in the most secure and timely way possible.

The customer operations team are based in Mauritius and Sheffield and support all brands. They also cover a host of queries from our venues in the UK and Spain.
