Are you customer focused with a keen interest in data and player trends? Rank interactive is looking for a Commercial Executive to further enhance our players experience on site.

You will be responsible for extracting and reviewing the product KPIs, along with monitoring the overall performance and stability of Grosvenor Digital. Co-ordinating promotions and how they are presented and delivered is a crucial task. You will also be responsible alongside the Commercial team in making sure your product remains compliant with the UK & Gibraltar Gaming Regulations always.

Work: You will work closely with the Casino team and deliver the best and most entertaining player experience

  • Supporting the Gaming Grosvenor Team to deliver the Strategy to ensure our targets are met.
  • Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting on Gaming performance highlighting our biggest opportunities and challenges.
  • Campaign and Promotional planning –working closely with Commercial team & Marketing to ideate, deliver and review campaigns and performance looking to optimise and continuously improve what we offer customers as well as briefing the tactical offers.
  • Site Management: Monitor all the games and promotional content on all channels and sites. Optimise the featured tables, brief creatives on banners, game icons and promotions and leverage the available table inventory at all times – desktop / mobile web / mobile apps. Work closely with the CRM teams around the promotional email copy.

Win: Ensure that multi-product play and enhanced player experience is at the heart of decision-making. 

  • Product Delivery: Co-ordinate, sign off and monitor the release of any new content, liaising with all departments & 3rd party suppliers. Run quality testing of new products, along with ongoing quality assessment checks for the existing product & games portfolio.
  • Stay updated with latest regulations and assist with the company’s responsibilities under safer gambling
  • Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape on campaigns, game releases, new providers and latest gaming trends and work with key suppliers to deliver our Grosvenor Gaming Strategy.

Grow: Develop the customer experience to create unique and innovative reasons for customers to use Rank Interactive brands

  • Key KPI’s required to deliver:
  • Customer - Active / ARPU / Player days / Conversion / Retention rates
  • Financials – Revenue, cost of sale margin (%) and gross profit
  • CRM  - onboarding, retention and reactivation rates

Qualifications

  • Self-driven, curious and eager to make an impact by making things happen
  • Strong organisational skills as well as multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Gaming, Marketing, Analytical skills preferable as well as Live Casino Product knowledge.
  • Approach to problem solving in a creative and pragmatic way
  • Able to accept support or insight from others while still being hands-on
  • Ability to work effectively with third parties
