Job Description
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Undertake a Business Partnering role, building influential working relationships with key contacts across the wider business to make comprehensive recommendations and understand the business needs, challenge activity and improve overall business performance
- Develop strong relationships with commercial and operations teams, providing strategic counsel and support to the Directors of Bingo and Casino respectively
- Supporting the Head of FP&A in revenue forecasting for Rank Interactive on an annual and quarterly basis, working with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure complete stakeholder ‘buy-in’ to produce high quality and deliverable budgets/ reforecasts by identifying and modelling key business drivers, trends and KPI’s. Support and challenge where required
- Assist in the identification and establishment of KPIs throughout the organisation and integrate these into weekly and periodic financial and KPI reports, and where appropriate into financial projection models
- Build and continually refine models to understand the impact to the business of changing regulatory pressures such as affordability
- Drive continuous improvements to all Rank Interactive Finance processes with the aim of enhancing quality or reducing delivery time to internal or external stakeholders
- Manage a local team while interacting and coordinating with other teams across UK locations
- Ensure the team’s skills development by identifying and providing adequate training and engagement #LI-RB1 #LI-Onsite
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or relevant certifications
- 5+ years’ in the Data Analytics (Trend Reporting, Building Powerful Dashboards, Data Management)
- Enthusiastic about numbers, analysis and continuous improvement to drive
- Specialised in Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting
- Able to act quickly and under pressure
- Experience as a hands-on business partner and excellent stakeholder engagement
