A fantastic opportunity has come up within the Rank Interactive finance department of a global market leader in online gambling!
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our amazing finance department in Gibraltar. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will have a direct link to and a wide remit within fixed and variable costs of the Bingo and Casino Operations team, working as a key member of the team to drive performance within the Interactive business.
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Undertake a finance manager role, building influential working relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business in order to make comprehensive recommendations around digital business costs and understand the business needs, challenge activity and improve overall business performance
- Pro-actively review fixed and variable operating costs, organising and reporting “deep-dive” analysis to drive business performance
- Develop strong relationships with commercial and operations teams, providing strategic counsel and support to the budget owners across the division
- Supporting the Head of FP&A in operating cost, employee cost, depreciation and capex forecasting for Rank Interactive on an annual and quarterly basis, working with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure complete stakeholder ‘buy-in’ to produce high-quality and deliverable budgets/re-forecasts by identifying and modelling key business drivers, trends and KPI’s. Support and challenge where required
- Build and continually refine cost models (tech and development cost, employee costs, etc) to understand the impact on the business of changing regulatory pressures such as affordability
- Drive continuous improvements to all Rank Interactive Finance processes with the aim of enhancing quality or reducing delivery time to internal or external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) with over 3 years of post-qualification experience and a strong track record of delivering to timescales
- A desire for continuous improvement around data quality and insightful analysis to ensure real value-add to the business.
- An understanding of the commercial drivers of the Online Gaming industry ideally through experience working in the Online Gaming sector or equivalent Online industry
- The ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation, including senior stakeholders
- The ability to communicate financial information effectively, adding value to budget holders strategy
- Enthusiastic about numbers, analysis and continuous improvement to drive performance in a fast-paced and changing business
- Able to work with moving deadlines and competing priorities
