Your Role & Impact

As the driving force behind the Bingo and Casino Proposition and Planning Team, you’ll take ownership of strategic marketing plans, ensuring campaigns captivate audiences and deliver best-in-class player experiences. From overseeing daily operations to optimizing performance, you’ll be at the heart of innovation and excellence.

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Oversee the Bingo and Casino Proposition and Planning Team, driving strategy, performance, and goal-setting while fostering a motivated and high-performing culture.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans, headline propositions, and daily retention games to enhance customer engagement and re-engagement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance with BI and Commercial teams, making informed decisions to improve player conversion, retention, and reactivation.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with CRM, HVC, Ops, Acquisition, and Product teams to deliver engaging customer experiences, seamless player journeys, and innovative UX/UI.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Commercial Alignment: Partner with Retail teams to align promotional activity and maximize impact while ensuring best-in-class marketing collateral and ATL campaigns.
  • Compliance & Brand Integrity: Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities, and ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous Gaming history with Casino essential
  • Proven success at managing a team with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills, with a strong attention to detail 
  • Think creatively and not be afraid to try new ways of working 
  • Manage own time appropriately and to deadlines 
  • Work well in a team and able to share ideas and experience 
  • Lead from the front and be bold when making decisions 
  • Able to work on own initiative, stays motivated and learns from setbacks 
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & the channels/strategies used 
  • Organisation, planning and attention to detail is key 
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
