We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technologies (MarTech) to lead and enhance our marketing technology stack across both land-based and digital gambling operations. This role will play a critical part in shaping our CRM, customer acquisition, DSP (Demand-Side Platforms), and social media advertising capabilities, ensuring we maximize player engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

As a senior leader, you will work closely with marketing, data, and technology teams to develop and optimize tools that power our customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, responsible gaming standards, and business objectives.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing technologies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Own the development and optimization of CRM, acquisition tools, DSPs, and social media integrations to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in the gambling sector.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, data science, compliance, and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into product features.
  • Act as the key liaison between marketing and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Engage with senior leadership to communicate product strategy, performance, and opportunities.

Product Development & Optimization:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing automation, personalization, and customer segmentation.
  • Leverage data analytics and A/B testing to measure the impact of marketing technologies and optimize performance.

Regulatory & Compliance Considerations:

  • Ensure all marketing technology solutions comply with gambling regulations, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and responsible gaming practices.
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to maintain adherence to advertising standards in regulated markets.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable product management experience, preferably within MarTech, AdTech, or CRM in a gambling, gaming, or highly regulated industry.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM platforms, DSPs, ad networks, and social media APIs.
  • Proven experience in delivering products that drive marketing efficiency, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, data, and engineering teams.

  • Ability to initiate and manage change in a way which enhances Service Delivery, Support and Performance
