Joining as a trainee dealer opens up an exciting career in the Casino industry with roles such as Senior Dealer, Inspector and Gaming Supervisor all part of a progression route with the chance to step into a management role. As a trainee dealer, you'll participate in our exclusive Grosvenor Gaming Academy, where you will master dealing popular games such as Roulette & Blackjack equipping you with the essential skills and confidence for success.

Qualifications

• A fantastic personality
• Numerical ability; able to calculate mentally and very quickly. We will help you practice.
• Any gaming or customer facing experience would be a bonus!
• Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Applicants must be 18+ & have right to work in the UK

This is a permanent position - the paid training will run for 32 hours per week for 5 weeks. Following the training period, a minimum of 24 hours per week are guaranteed.
