Job Description
Are you passionate about transforming CRM operations through cutting-edge tools and technical excellence? We’re looking for a CRM Technical Specialist to take ownership of our Adobe Campaign platform and help elevate how we connect with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and execute technical CRM workflows in Adobe Campaign.
- Support CRM lifecycle journeys, including QA, UAT/BAT, post-release monitoring, and reporting.
- Deliver customer segmentation, campaign automation, and message centre updates.
- Develop and maintain web templates, campaign assets, and technical documentation.
- Provide platform guidance and troubleshooting support to the CRM team.
- Drive data manipulation and reporting automation, ensuring KPI tracking and delivery health.
- Manage API and FTP integrations, collaborating with partners like Graphyte, Movable Ink, and Adobe Analytics.
- Champion best practices, training sessions, and innovation initiatives across the team.
Qualifications
- Adobe Campaign expert, Adobe campaign certificate
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML Web Services, and database design
- Knowledgeable of email and digital marketing best practices
- Solid understanding of database marketing principles including client segmentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a consultative role
- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a high paced and high-volume environment with a strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Experience within gaming preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of process development, planning and executing segmented end to end customer lifecycle journeys
- Strong dev skills
- A team player, attentive to details and able to follow the brief as well as suggest improvements based on own experience and expertise
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident individual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to priorotise and adjust to dynamic environment
