  • Reporting to the Commercial Manager, working to implement the company’s strategic plans, with day-to-day responsibility for planning, delivery, and analysis of promotions and other commercial activities.
  • Manage the execution of casinos monthly plans and marketing activities, deploying remedial actions to react to commercial performance.
  • Taking a ‘test and learn’ approach, trialing different promotional activities and sharing knowledge within the business.
  • Utilize customer segmentation – including RFM – to identify key customer groups, and drive growth and value within these groups.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of promotional assets and activities by liaising with relevant teams (including design, communications, marketing, and content) to ensure promotions are successful and customer friendly.
  • Site Management: Monitor all the games and promotional content on all channels and sites. Optimise the featured tables, brief creatives on banners, game icons and promotions. Work closely with the CRM teams around the promotional email copy.
  • Understand our casinos proposition, and work with the Games team to surface and highlight the best content in our casinos portfolio and roadmap.
  • Champion casinos content within the business, understanding what drives customers to play, and what content provides the best experiences.
  • Work with the Business to create effective customer journeys using appropriate marketing channels.
  • Support marketing, proposition, HVC, and omni-channel teams in deploying new acquisition channels, lifecycles, and propositions.
  • Stay updated with latest regulations and assist with the company’s responsibilities under safer gambling.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organisation, planning and attention to detail is key.
  • At least 1 year of iGaming casino experience or non-gaming roles with transferable skillsets.
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
  • Able to work on own initiative, stays motivated and works well in a team.
