This is a pivotal role within our Casino Product team, where you’ll collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure our offering is fresh, competitive, and player-focused. If you’re organised, data-driven, and passionate about gaming, this could be your next big move.

  • Maintain and take full ownership of all casino lobbies across YoBrands ensuring they are consistently updated, well-organised, and optimised to deliver a seamless and engaging player experience across all brands.
  • Own the calendar of new game releases and coordinate smooth, timely launches.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, resolving day-to-day issues and clarifying campaign or content details.
  • Ensure all player-facing content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards across the casino platform.
  • Brief campaign details to Design, Copywriting, and CRM teams for flawless execution.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all casino-related queries and incidents raised by Customer Support, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across teams. This includes full ownership of escalations, coordinating internally with relevant departments, and directly engaging with game providers to resolve technical issues, content discrepancies, or any player-impacting problems. The role guarantees a seamless operational flow between support, product, and suppliers, upholding the highest standards of service and player experience across all YoBrands.
  • Collaborate with the Casino Manager and the Promotions Product Owner to plan, align, and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional plans and ensure timely delivery across all channels.
  • Manage homepage banners and promotional placements.
  • Analyse game performance, turning insights into actionable improvements.
  • Track and report on overall casino product KPIs and player engagement metrics.
  • Evaluate the overall performance of the Casino product and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with game providers to manage releases and meet all launch requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for game releases is prepared and validated.
  • Assist Customer Support teams with casino-related queries and keep them updated on active promotions.
  • Organise and manage homepage banner tasks and promotional placements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: design, content, tech, compliance, legal, and others.
  • Objectively evaluate creative ideas, prioritising player interests and business impact.
  • Ensure all documentation and certifications required by Compliance are always up to date, enabling accurate reporting and smooth audit processes.
  • Be extremely meticulous and structured in planning and documentation, maintaining full control over regulatory requirements and internal records.
  • Support new provider integrations and regulatory onboarding processes.
  • Test games in staging and live environments to ensure quality and user experience.
  • Monitor platform updates and player-facing content to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Communicate across all departments and brands the most relevant product updates, including monthly highlights and top-performing games.
  • Participate in and lead internal presentations of new games, improvements to customer experience, and strategic product updates.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly YoShows meetings, as well as other business-driven sessions, sharing all relevant casino news, launches, and promotional highlights with the wider team.

Qualifications

  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in Casino operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent organisation skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset, used to brainstorming, measuring, testing, and iterating for optimal results.
  • Creative and curious; constantly seeking new features that add value to players and the casino product.
  • Flexible, positive, and with a strong can-do attitude.
  • Takes pride and passion in delivering high-quality work.
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic about change in a dynamic industry.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and internal communication.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with game providers and internal teams.
