As a Casino Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the smooth running of all gaming activities in the venue.  

Your leadership is vital for establishing a fair, professional, and engaging environment for guests and customers alike. Understanding the distinct gaming preferences and requirements of each visitor is at the core of your duties to ensure everyone has an incredible experience and absolutely loves the time they spend within the Casino.  

This personalised approach ensures that every customer not only has their expectations met but exceeded, promoting an atmosphere of exclusivity and tailored service. Keeping the games clean and guests smiling is key in your role, ensuring everyone walks away with tales of an epic night out. 

Qualifications

  • Casino Expertise: You’ve got solid UK casino management experience and a deep understanding of all gaming activities - from slots to tables - and how to optimise them for performance and profitability.
  • Licensed Leader: You hold a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understand the responsibilities that come with it.
  • Customer-First Mindset: You know what today’s players want and how to deliver it -creating a safe, exciting, and engaging environment that keeps them coming back.
  • Operational Excellence: You’re laser-focused on maximising performance across the gaming floor, ensuring every area runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Strong Communicator: You foster open dialogue, encourage feedback, and lead with clarity and purpose.
  • Change Champion: You embrace change and help others do the same in a fast-evolving business landscape.
  • Safer Gambling Advocate: You’re well-versed in safer gambling practices and ensure your team delivers fun, responsible play.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
