Grosvenor Casino, The Park Tower (101 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7RQ

As an experienced Dealer you will:

• Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers in gaming
• Understand the games, payouts and who are our high value members
• Connect with first time customers, explaining how the games are run
• Follow guidance from the CADS and gaming supervisors to meet table demand and deliver fantastic service on the gaming floor
• Be aware and hold as a high priority: safer gambling - looking out for signs of customers that display problem gambling & inform a manager

Qualifications

You’ll need proven experience as a dealer (hold a PFL), have excellent knowledge of table games and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.

A friendly, professional manner and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences are a must.
