As General Manager, you will protect the essence of this exclusive club while driving its continued evolution within a high-end, well recognised, upmarket destination.

• Must have proven leadership experience within a high-end gaming environment
• Deep understanding of high-value clientele and relationship management
• Commercial and strategic acumen balanced with emotional intelligence
• A visible, charismatic, collaborative leadership style
• Unwavering attention to detail and standards
• Fanatical about delivering unrivalled top tier customer experience 
• Hold a valid PML issued by the UK Gambling Commission

You are as comfortable discussing business growth and strategic direction as you are greeting a long-standing member by name. 

You’ll build strong relationships across the wider business, influencing stakeholders and contributing to our evolving strategy for the venue.
