Our valued kitchen assistants play  a vital role in the operation of our casino, our customers love to eat – and we provide a high end menu to cater for them.
You will be integral to providing this part of our business, supporting the chefs in producing great quality dishes.

If a career as a chef is what you are looking for, this position could be a great starting point!

The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare and cook many of our dishes with a view to getting on our sought after apprenticeship scheme and becoming one of our super star chefs!

What we ask of you:

  • Work with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service
  • Support the chefs to deliver high quality food to our customers
  • Ensure you proactively comply with all regulations, particularly for food safety and hygiene 
  • understand what great operational standards in food service look like
  • Complete required paperwork to support due diligence
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients

Qualifications

  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role is preferred
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business
  • Sound communication skills
  • Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
