Job Purpose:

The Ops Delivery Executive ensures the flawless execution of multi-channel campaigns, optimizing the player lifecycle experience. This role requires proficiency in optimization tools to maximize ROI, managing digital product setups, executing campaigns, and maintaining accurate, customer-facing websites.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Set up and execute error-free promotions and campaigns, meeting defined KPIs across product, marketing, CRM, VIP, and financial analysis.
  • Operational Management: Handle day-to-day tasks, ensuring the relevance and accuracy of websites, and managing CRM/VIP/Marketing content.
  • Collaboration: Work with various teams to create effective customer journeys, integrate new procedures, and increase process efficiency.
  • Customer Experience: Serve as a liaison for campaign issues, bonuses, and promotions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Expertise: Manage updates for landing pages, site banners, and Terms & Conditions as a subject matter expert in marketing tools. #LI-RB1 #LI- Onsite

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of operating platforms, including system configuration, reporting, bonus features, and segmentation.
  • Proficient in customer service and retention strategies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with a highly analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Intermediate experience in HTML content management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, focusing on maximizing business value and optimizing products to meet business goals.
  • High self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A dedicated team player, contributing positively to collaborative efforts.
