We're looking for a passionate individual to join our growing team at Rank Interactive, a leading online gaming company. As a Player Protection Executive, you'll play a vital role in keeping our customers safe and ensuring fair play.

We'll provide the training!

No prior experience in the online gambling industry is necessary. We'll equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed in this rewarding role.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Player Protection Manager to tackle safer gambling, verification checks, and anti-money laundering challenges.
  • Dive into customer activity using creative techniques (open-source sleuthing and direct chats) to review business relationships.
  • Spot, act on, and evaluate customer behavior in line with LCCP guidance—be the decision-maker in the moment!
  • Keep an eye out for signs of problem gambling or potential money laundering.
  • Use data to pinpoint customers who raise red flags.
  • Investigate at-risk customers’ funding sources, spanning both digital and retail spending.
  • Team up with the Player Protection Manager to strategize on high-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders across digital, retail, and high-value customer teams to ensure seamless protection.
  • Craft top-notch reports for the Player Protection Manager and stakeholders.
  • Stay sharp by keeping up to date with the latest gambling legislation and trends.

Qualifications

  • Able to deliver high-quality customer service with prior customer service experience
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills
  • Able to assess and present risk assessments
  • Experience in holding difficult conversations with customers
  • Able to work with several stakeholders across the business
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly review and assess information
  • Self-motivated, keen eye for detail, accurate and precise, can work alone or as part of a wider virtual team
  • Experience of the online gambling industry are desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • An understanding of Safer Gambling in line with the UKGC Licensing terms are desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Computer Literate
