We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our Central Operations team at Grosvenor Casinos. In this pivotal role, you’ll be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving impactful change across our venues. Your work will directly influence the experience of our venue teams, ensuring every project delivers real value on the ground.
This is a field-based role that involves travel to various venues approximately two days a week, a weekly visit to our head office in Maidenhead, and the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of business change projects across key service areas, including HR, Food & Beverage, and Operations. No two projects will be the same, offering variety in scope, complexity, and strategic importance.
