Join our dynamic team as a Reward & Benefits Business Partner and take on a pivotal role in shaping our people experience across the group!

This role will play a key part in supporting a range of reward and data-focused activity including:

  • Collaborating on designing, implementing, and maintaining reward practices, processes, and procedures to drive organisational success.
  • Providing support on core reward activities including the annual salary and bonus review cycle including preparing, validating and analysing data and outcomes.
  • Leveraging our internal HRIS systems (and compensation module), tools and reporting to ensure seamless execution of reward activities.
  • Supporting and responding to reward queries including monitoring queries to reward mailboxes.
  • Assist in the salary and bonus planning cycles to develop and analyse pay data models for annual pay review budgets, serving as the go-to expert for pay review technology and being about to present outcomes graphically and in writing.
  • Undertake job evaluation and benchmarking activities when requested.
  • Manage external salary survey participation including job matching and submission of data.
  • Analysing salary survey results to support grading and pay frameworks.
  • Keeping the company updated with market trends and making recommendations to support business decision and improvements.
  • Champion pay equity by analysing compensation data to identify and address potential disparities across countries, roles and demographics ensuring alignment, and compliance.
  • Complete statutory pay gap analysis as required.
  • Maintain accurate benefit data and ensuring quality data is provided to all providers. Providing support with annual benefit renewals.
  • Support benefits, pension and wellness initiatives, including planning and delivering educational sessions for colleagues.
  • Partner with the People Experience team to ensure smooth invoice approvals and reporting.
  • Work closely with external providers, building strong relationships to ensure the delivery of great service.
  • Be a key interface between the People Experience team and Payroll, working to streamline relevant processes ensuring they operate in a timely and efficient way.

Qualifications

  • A people person with strong numerical and analytical skills – natural data curiosity, accuracy and integrity are essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret data trends and issues accurately, comfortable building formula-driven models, and able to present data both graphically and in writing is essential.
  • Proven experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking across multiple countries, and rewards/financial analytics 
  • Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach to identifying and discussing solutions.
  • Comfortable with communicating technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely.
  • Tenacity to analyse large and complex data sets with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
  • Highly organised, with strong data management habits.
  • Customer-focused and capable of clear, effective, and concise communication.
  • Proactive, methodical, and adaptable to working at pace while prioritising key deliverables.
  • Ability to work autonomously while seeking guidance when needed.
  • Working collaboratively to solve challenges and drive results
