The Rewards & High Value Commercial Coordinator is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to get into a strategic customer operations role within the online gaming industry.
With responsibilities including performance analysis across all products and promotions on Rank websites, the HVC/Rewards Commercial Coordinator will build strong relationships with all key stakeholders to coordinate the execution of these day-to-day activities. From ideation workshops and briefing the creative teams, to QA and go live, the HVC/Rewards Commercial Coordinator will strive for nothing other than perfection on every launch.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Work:
- In this role, you will work closely with HVC/Rewards Commercial Manager coordinating promotional activity.
- Manage the display of promotional content throughout the website for the best user experience across desktop, mobile and our apps.
- Assist the HVC/Rewards Commercial Manager in the management and day-to-day planning surrounding segmented Loyalty and Rewards.
- Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand and Best Practice guidelines set out by the Brands and ensure that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
- Work with bonus/Ops teams to ensure all prizes and bonuses are being fulfilled.
Win:
- Share Promotional learnings and successes working collaboratively with team members across the wider business
- Work alongside the HVC/Rewards Commercial Manager, Campaigns and Omni/Marketing teams to define the monthly BAU promotions calendar.
- Build strong working relationships with the operational teams to ensure efficient coordination is achieved to deliver upon promotional plans: briefs for copy and design teams, CRM planning, marketing support, sign off and approvals, go live etc.

- Create a unique environment for customer led Rewards and Loyalty
- Understand the competition and make regular reports of improvement for our promotional activity.
- Monitor player engagement through customer insights and data to have a clear understanding of our current website and product performance.
- Use customer insights and data to drive and influence daily business decisions and/or proposals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in gaming within customer services, HV or promotions is preferred.
- A keen interest and or knowledge in online gaming.
- High level of attention to detail and highly accurate
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational); highly numerate.
- Good IT skills including strong experience of MS Excel, Word and Outlook etc. and database packages.
- Highly detailed and organised – able to maintain/manage workloads effectively, without compromising on the quality of their work.
- Microsoft Excel trained to a high level.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with an array of internal departments.
