Job Description
As Senior Digital Product Manager for Casino & Bingo at Rank Interactive, you will own the strategy, delivery, and performance of our core gaming verticals - driving growth, engagement, and innovation across both Digital Casino and Bingo.
You’ll help define the product vision for both verticals, shaping how Rank’s digital customers experience entertainment, community, and rewards. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery - connecting our land-based heritage with digital innovation to attract and retain players across multiple channels.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll lead a small team of Product Managers, set the roadmap for both verticals, and collaborate with commercial, operations, technology, and marketing teams to deliver compelling, high-performing player experiences.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the end-to-end product strategy for Digital Casino and Bingo, aligned with Rank Interactive’s commercial goals and customer needs.
- Own product performance metrics across both verticals — focusing on ARPU, retention, acquisition, and player engagement.
- Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers, ensuring clarity of purpose, accountability, and professional growth.
- Champion the player experience, using insights, analytics, and customer research to inform discovery, prioritisation, and innovation.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap across Casino and Bingo, balancing feature delivery, UX improvements, and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver engaging, data-driven player journeys.
- Leverage Rank’s omnichannel position to connect digital and land-based experiences, creating a distinctive and cohesive entertainment proposition.
- Partner with content suppliers and platform providers to assess performance, negotiate improvements, and ensure world-class experiences.
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement, using MVPs, rapid prototyping, and data-led iteration to test and scale impactful ideas.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in both Casino and Bingo — monitoring competitors, technology shifts, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in digital product management within online gaming, ideally across Casino, Bingo, or related entertainment products.
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and improving key performance metrics such as ARPU, retention, and player base expansion.
- Experience leading and developing Product Managers or similar roles.
- A strong grasp of player behaviour, content ecosystems, and gaming platform dynamics.
- Experience in agile product delivery, comfortable leading squads and collaborating with design, tech, and analytics teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence across technical and commercial functions.
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset — able to balance strategic ambition with pragmatic delivery.
Desirable
- Experience managing both Casino and Bingo (or social/casual gaming equivalents).
- Familiarity with Casino and Bingo content providers, game studios, and community-led engagement models.
- Experience integrating or optimising cross-channel player journeys (Retail and Digital).
