We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Marketing Performance Analyst to join our dynamic and data-driven centralised Analytics department.
This role supports the Grosvenor venue business, and as Senior Marketing Performance Analyst, you'll be part of a progressive team embedding predictive insights and marketing effectiveness analysis into every stage of the marketing campaign lifecycle.
You will be responsible for driving insightful performance analysis to optimise business marketing outcomes. This role is about more than reporting, it’s about storytelling, rapid experimentation, and driving smarter marketing decisions.
You'll partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Customer Intelligence, and Data teams to ensure every campaign is rooted in actionable insight, and every customer marketing journey is an opportunity for growth.
