Job Description

Job Purpose:

In this role you will work with a team of highly skilled people, all with opinions about various technologies, frameworks and approaches to delivery. You will articulate your ideas effectively to colleagues and incorporate feedback from others. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a cross‑platform mobile app using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, product managers, and full‑stack teams to build and improve features.
• Write clean, scalable code, set coding standards, and champion TDD.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and influence architectural decisions.
• Lead feature development, report progress, and contribute to agile ceremonies.
• Take ownership of codebases, perform thorough testing, and support QA.
• Stay updated with new technologies and share insights with the team.
• Support deployments, documentation, and competency assessments.
• Work autonomously while mentoring and guiding team members when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mobile application development  

• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter, and related mobile technologies  

• Experience building mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms  

• Knowledge of Bloc/Cubit or other state management libraries  

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web technologies  

• Good working knowledge of software engineering principles and the whole software development lifecycle (SDLC).  

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Passion for gaming and the gaming community
