We’re launching a bold new American-style menu, and we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help bring it to life. Think flame-grilled steaks, stacked burgers, and a fast-paced kitchen full of energy.

You’ll support the Head Chef and confidently lead the team in their absence, ensuring smooth operations and high standards. You’ll also play a key role in managing stock, controlling costs, and supporting financial performance.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential 
  • Experience of leading a team 
  • Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
