Job Description

The Sportsbook Operations Executive – Digital is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the front-end user experience across our digital sportsbook platform. This includes working on the website to ensure our customers enjoy an engaging, intuitive, and smooth experience whenever they interact with our brand.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the front-end of our sportsbook platform, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience across all devices.
• Optimize the layout, content, and functionality of the website to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Alongside the Venue Executives assist in the management of the content displayed on in-venue screens, ensuring it is engaging, timely, and aligned with live events and promotions.
• Ensure that content is dynamically updated to reflect real-time sports events, odds, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in front-end development, with a focus on user interface design, preferably within the sports betting or gaming industry.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and integration of dynamic content.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization (e.g., load speed, mobile responsiveness).
• Strong attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• A passion for sports and sports betting is highly desirable.

Working hours:

• Morning - 10:00 - 19:00
• Mid: 14:00 - 23:00
• Night: 17:00 - 2:00 & 19:00 - 4.00
