As Table Gaming Performance Manager, you’ll influence the future of table gaming across one of the UK’s most recognised casino brands. This is where analytical precision meets operational insight. You’ll be driving consistency, integrity and commercial success across the estate.

Working closely with the Director of Gaming, you will lead our data led gaming strategy; diagnosing performance issues, strengthening game protection, and ensuring our decisions are intelligent, innovative and aligned with our desire to set the standard in UK casino gaming.

Why Join Us?

You’ll enjoy a competitive salary & comprehensive benefits package, meaningful recognition, a warm and supportive environment, and real opportunities to shape how we operate. From leadership development to exciting national projects, this is a role where your contribution is visible, valued and rewarded.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive Gaming Performance: Analyse table gaming performance, margins and player behaviour to diagnose underperformance and deliver clear, data driven recommendations to venues and the Director of Gaming.
  • Champion Game Integrity & Protection: Monitor gameplay to identify risk, advantage play or procedural breaches, and lead investigations and protective strategies that safeguard game integrity.
  • Lead Data & Technology Enablement: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, including wheel and spin analysis and risk indicators. Use advanced casino software to optimise floor performance and workforce planning.
  • Elevate Capability Across the Gaming Function: Oversee the Gaming Academy, lead national skills initiatives and provide training to strengthen capability, consistency and risk awareness across table gaming.
  • Collaborate & Influence Cross Functionally: Work with venues, IT and external suppliers to enhance data flow, reporting and operational efficiency, supporting key strategic and transformation projects.

Why This Role?

This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine national impact, blending analytical influence with hands on leadership at the heart of our gaming strategy. Your insights will strengthen our commercial performance, your leadership will elevate our gaming standards, and your impact will shape the next chapter of table gaming at Grosvenor.

You’ll join a business where your development matters, with access to leadership training, global collaboration and wellbeing support to help you thrive.

If you're ready to elevate gaming performance and help drive our strategy forward, we’d love to hear from you.
