Rank have supported me both personally and professionally. I have three kids and I’m very invested in my children’s lives; I like to do the school run and pick them up sometimes. There’s the flexibility that I need here. My boss allows me that autonomy to run my day as I need it, it’s about the outcome and what I’m doing, not how I’m doing it. Professionally, I like to support my teams in whichever way I can and here, I’ve been able to become a Mental Health First Aider. It’s given me a great opportunity to be able to help the people that I work with on a day-to-day basis and the skills to ensure they get the help that they need. I’m really grateful to Rank for that.
