We are looking for a true visionary that can deliver the AI strategy and roadmap across our business units, supporting them to improve efficiency, realise new opportunities, embedding AI in a governed and ethical way. 

This is not a technical role that requires hands on coding, rather a strong delivery focused leader that is able to bring the business on the AI journey, utilising Rank’s Data, Analytics, Data Science and Technology teams and/ or third-party suppliers to deliver meaningful change within the organisation.

As an AI delivery specialist, you will be responsible for: Shaping the AI transformation approach, listening to and working with business stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments for AI projects, providing actionable recommendations for automation initiatives, recommending the best approaches and AI tools, to surpass business growth needs and customer requirements. Supporting the governance of AI at Rank, ensuring we embed a fit for purpose approach. 

Qualifications

To excel in this role we’re looking for an experienced AI lead, an exceptional people person, someone who can convert complex concepts into a meaningful story. Someone with an extensive background delivering value…. 

• Exceptional and demonstrable experience in delivering AI solutions to meet business needs. 
• Commercially sound and a strategic thinker.  
• Background in Innovation around technology and strategy building 
• Ability to identify a business opportunity and articulate an appropriate business case for its delivery. 
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and gregarious personality to build strong relationships. 
• Out of the box thinking while operating within governance boundaries. 
• Strong financial awareness and ability to forecast and delivering to budget. 
• An outstanding knowledge of existing and proposed AI/ Automation technology and technology vendors.
