We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Martech Technical Operations Executive to manage and optimise our marketing technology stack. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of marketing platforms, improving automation workflows, maintaining data integrity, and supporting campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing technology, data analytics, and CRM systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness across marketing initiatives.

 

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology Management

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of marketing technology tools (CRM, email marketing, automation platforms, analytics, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless integration between various marketing systems and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with vendors or internal IT teams to resolve them.

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Support the marketing team in setting up, testing, and deploying new automated campaigns.
  • Build and optimise workflows for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor automation performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Data Management & Analytics

  • Maintain data hygiene and integrity across marketing systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Work closely with data and analytics teams to support in creating reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Implement best practices for marketing platforms and document them for wider knowledge share

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with development, architecture, and IT teams to align technology solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of Martech tools.
  • Stay up to date with Martech trends and recommend new technologies or improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a Martech-related role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, BI tools, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding for email marketing is a plus.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
