As the L&D BP for Mauritius, you will be the ‘go-to’ for all learning and development, working in partnership with Rank Interactive central and local L&D stakeholders and teams.
You will ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in your ability to design, deploy and measure learning that realises innovation and delivers maximum impact and value.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Support the oversight of operational training delivery, ensuring content remains current and impactful, while collaborating with subject matter experts for technical accuracy
- Conduct training needs analysis and measure impact and outcomes.
- Design and deliver high-quality learning, (face-face and digital) to include job relevant, soft skills and leadership and management.
- Collaborate on the design and ongoing maintenance of learning and career development pathways.
- Design and deliver relevant and high-impact coaching and mentoring solutions
- Design and deliver onboarding and early career solutions, e.g. academies.
- Produce and deliver high-quality learning interventions to support learning and career development, relevant to role and function from onboarding to ever-boarding.
- Curate impactful blended learning solutions balancing central and country solutions.
- Align learning to strategic objectives and people management processes, e.g. performance, talent and succession.
- Own the evaluation of learning, demonstrating return on investment and employee engagement.
- Act as subject matter expert and go-to, building strong working stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Managing resources e.g. systems, suppliers, budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a call centre environment ideally within gaming, technology leisure or hospitality sectors.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven experience working across the learning and development lifecycle.
- Excellent facilitation skills including coaching and mentoring.
- Confident and able to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
- Experience designing and implementing targeted, blended solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning practices.
- Excellent programme and project management skills..
- Skilled in working with processes, systems and data and producing timely insights and management information.
