National Poker Co‑Ordinator

Location: National (UK wide travel required)

As a National Poker Co‑Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping one of Grosvenor’s most iconic and fastest growing products. This is a role for someone who thrives on movement, energy and influence.

You will support venue teams, elevating cardrooms, driving engagement and helping deliver some of the UK’s biggest Poker events, including Goliath and the GUKPT national tour.

You’ll work across multiple venues, collaborating with teams, supporting Poker operations, coaching skills, and bringing data, insight and innovation to the way we run the game. This is a role with pace, visibility and impact, designed for someone who wants to help deliver incredible Poker experiences that excite, energise and entertain.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and running logistics for major poker events across the UK
• Reviewing and supporting cardrooms using data to improve performance
• Coaching supervisors and Poker teams to grow skill, confidence and consistency
• Supporting venues' social media engagement to drive Poker visibility and participation
• Helping clubs market their Poker rooms
• Providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operational delivery
• Suggesting and shaping blended learning content
• Auditing the coaching framework across Poker teams
• Ensuring clubs have the knowledge, resource and confidence to run Poker events effectively
• Driving safer gaming awareness and customer experience within all Poker environments
• Building strong working relationships with Venue management and gaming teams across the estate

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Poker operations, events, product and gameplay
• Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to challenge constructively
• A genuine interest in developing learning capability and knowledge sharing
• Strong working knowledge of technology and data tools
• A solid understanding of Poker financials and commercial levers
