The Ops Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the flawless execution of campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless delivery in a timely manner. Proficiency in optimization tools is crucial to maximize return on investment. Taking charge of the digital product, this role involves setting up and executing campaigns, managing day-to-day operational tasks, and maintaining customer-facing websites for accuracy, relevance, and engagement by working across multiple back-end systems.

This is a highly technical and demanding role that requires discipline, logical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under workload pressure. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment, uphold company and departmental values, demonstrate accountability, and contribute to business growth and success.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Ops Delivery Team Leads/Manager, the Ops Delivery Specialist will be responsible for:

Campaign & Promotion Management

  • Plan, set up, and execute campaigns, promotions, and bonuses across multiple channels with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor campaign deliveries against KPIs and provide reporting, analysis, and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Ensure bonuses are configured correctly to minimize abuse or impact and maintain promotional efficiency.

Content & Website Management

  • Manage, build and update landing pages, banners, promotional pages, underbanners, Terms & Conditions, and other campaign elements.
  • Translate Commercial/Marketing initiatives into accurate campaign content for websites and App.
  • Ensure customer-facing sites remain current, relevant, and error-free.

Operational Excellence

  • Handle and ensure timely completion of daily operational deliverables across product and teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective customer journeys and alignment for delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by integrating new procedures and technology.

Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  • Act as liaison with cross-functional teams to resolve issues with campaigns, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Provide objective reviews and risk assessments on campaigns, highlighting potential failures or improvements.
  • Become a subject matter expert on operational tools such as COGS, CMS Umbraco, Thunderbite amongst others.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and the discipline to work independently while being a reliable team player.
  • Logical thinker with the ability to analyse situations and apply sound judgment.
  • Strong accountability, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and a dynamic operational environment.

  • Crisis management skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Fast learner with the ability to absorb technical and process-related knowledge efficiently.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working in the Gambling industry.
  • Previous experience working in and contributing to an Operations team.
