The Games Content Manager is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic driven candidate to work with the Digital Games Team. The role is focused on assisting the Head of Content with operational and commercial tasks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the Head of Content in the day-to-day operation of the digital business across all Rank Brands
  • Supporting and maintaining relationships with all third-party suppliers
  • Making recommendations for casino and games enhancements and product mix based on player behaviour and site performance
  • Day to day product operations including adding new games to existing portfolio and carrying out UAT to ensure smooth functioning of all games
  • Research and monitor competitive products within and outside of the industry
  • Monitor player patterns based on their account details, transaction, and gaming patterns to manage risk and to propose ways on how to improve revenues including working closely with VIP team on campaign management
  • Suggesting and finding new ways of optimising and improving our customer experience across all Rank sites and feeding those ideas into product development roadmaps
  • Understand in detail the product offering for casino and games and be able to compare versus competition
  • Drive new product innovations for Casino and Games requiring either internal or 3rd party development
  • Work with the digital operations and delivery team to ensure smooth integration of new platform and product releases
  • Ensure digital operations and delivery team is fully briefed on the functionality available in platform and product releases
  • Develop deep technical understanding of the systems underpinning Casino and Games
  • Assisting with the testing and sign off process for new and existing games
  • Organizing and coordinating new game releases in accordance with our brands roadmaps
  • Working closely with internal and external compliance functions to ensure all the required standards are met in relation to the casino product

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years online experience essential; preferably gained within the online gaming industry for casino and games 
  • Understanding of certain aspects of Online Gaming Platforms
  • Product experience will be a definite plus
  • Team player with good stakeholder management abilities
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise with the capacity to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
  • Proactive approach, problem solver, logical thinker, and ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical with proven ability to interpret, analyse and translate data
