Are you ready to embark on an extraordinary journey? Join our Strategic Marketing Team working across our Ride Casino and Bingo brands! Under the guidance of our Strategic Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing marketing activities across the Ride platforms. 

Get ready for an exciting ride as you contribute to the development of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating the most compelling propositions and promotional activity to responsibly drive significant increases in players numbers and revenue. 

Leading with the customer first-in-mind you will develop product-lead DRGs and headline campaigns that create unique and innovative reasons for customers to play with us.

Work: As part of the Marketing Team, you will work across our Ride Casino and Bingo brands executing the best and most entertaining player experience through exciting and innovative campaigns.

  • Brief and execute Daily Retention Games (DRGs) and Headline proposition strategies, across Web, Mobile Web and App, that stand out in a competitive market and aligns with the company's objectives and targets.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders across various departments to ensure effective sign off, implementation and delivery of campaign briefs. 
  • Collaborate with the Commercial, Personalisation, CRM and Acquisition teams to ensure promotional activities and communications are aligned with the monthly promotions calendar, targeting the appropriate audience and segments to increase customer brand awareness. 
  • Responsible for brand guardianship, reflecting the brand tone of voice and applications rules across all onsite content and related elements. 
  • Work closely with third-party providers (Thunderbite, Opti-X, ... ) to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience for players, incorporating new mechanics and features into our products while optimising existing ones to drive engagement and retention rates.
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape and keeping up with the Casino and Bingo market, looking for opportunities of brand expansion and new product potential or propositional ideas.

Win: Ensure that promotions, product play and enhanced player experience is at the heart of decision-making. 

  • Monitor customer experiences and journeys across all channels, consistently seeking opportunities for enhancements, with the next best customer action in mind.
  • Daily site checks across all brands to ensure campaign performance and overall player experience is at the highest standard.
  • Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand and Best Practice guidelines to ensure that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation.

Grow: Develop the customer experience to create unique and innovative reasons for customers to use our Casino and Bingo brands.

  • Analyse performance on an ongoing basis and provide strategic insights for optimisation plans, focusing on Conversion, Retention and Reactivation. 
  • Present weekly campaign performance to various departments in Trading meetings; actioning on learnings from previous reports to achieve targets.
  • Report monthly marketing updated to leadership team, showcasing the latest marketing Teams accomplishments and how these fit within our business objectives,

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing or related fields is desirable
  • Strong understanding of Bingo & Casino products
  • Creative, innovative and able to use customer and market trend information effectively
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude, MS Excel proficiency
  • Able to build and manage relationships with colleagues, and key stakeholders locally and remotely
  • Able to work on own initiative, stays motivated and learns from setbacks
  • Agile and flexible responding to changing business needs and marketing requirements
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Proficiency of different IT systems
  • Strong aptitude for user journeys, workflows and processes
  • Approach to problem solving in a creative and pragmatic way
