The Portfolio Executive is primarily responsible for working closely with the Portfolio manager to deliver on the needs of the content team, in relation to external games’ stakeholders. They will work with the Portfolio Manager to analyse and report on new game and event performance, and will utilize game data, competitive research, and player feedback to formulate new release strategies. The Portfolio Executive will report into the Games Portfolio Manager and will be a key part of the entire game release process.

  • Delivery of the technical elements of delivering the stakeholder roadmap
  • Deliver on the weekly game releases from all supplier roadmaps
  • Ensure promotional agreements are delivered and adhered to
  • Work with manager to prepare monthly roadmap presentations
  • Stay on top of all regulatory changes and understand the business impact
  • Work on new game delivery to completion
  • New Game release QA
  • New game lobby placement
  • Ensure game tiles/copy/content is delivered in time for delivery

Qualifications

  • A keen interest in games
  • Process driven
  • Analytical nature, willing to review processes and promote change
  • Desire to learn about games
  • Supplier relationship management experience
  • Understanding of COGS
  • Strong personality to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excel and Air Table knowledge are a must
  • Time management and prioritisation skills are key for this role
  • Documenting processes and enhancements
  • Requirement gathering
  • Supplier management
  • 3rd party negotiation skills
